About the Role
We are seeking a polished, highly motivated Sales Associate to join our luxury jewelry salon at Wynn Las Vegas, representing Kwiat, David Webb, and Fred Leighton. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for fine jewelry, heritage brands, and delivering an elevated, bespoke client experience.
You will work with discerning, global clientele and present some of the world's most exceptional diamonds, signed pieces, and high-jewelry creations in a refined luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
  • Deliver a world-class, white-glove client experience from initial greeting through post-sale follow-up
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW and repeat clients
  • Present fine jewelry and high-value pieces with confidence, storytelling, and technical knowledge
  • Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining brand integrity

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
  • Develop deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, signed jewelry, and estate pieces
  • Articulate the heritage, craftsmanship, and design philosophies of Kwiat, David Webb, and Fred Leighton
  • Stay current on new collections, notable vintage pieces, and market trends

Client Development & CRM
  • Capture and maintain detailed client profiles, preferences, and purchase history in CRM
  • Conduct proactive outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting
  • Support private showings, special events, and VIP appointments

Operational Excellence
  • Accurately process transactions, special orders, and service requests
  • Assist with inventory handling, merchandising, and visual standards
  • Adhere to Wynn, brand, and company compliance standards at all times

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail or fine jewelry sales experience (high-value or commission-driven environment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of clienteling and relationship-based selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Comfortable working with high-value merchandise and confidential clientele
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience
  • Diamond or gemstone knowledge (GIA coursework a plus)
