As Premier & Private Bank Relationship Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a select group of the Bank’s affluent clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including; deposit portfolio growth and maintaining positive relationships between the Bank and Premier & Private Bank clients. This position requires team or collaborative work within the organization. Primary responsibilities of the position include cultivation, retention and growth of the Premier and Private Bank, tailored Premier & Private Bank’s products and services to attract high net worth individuals and businesses, and maintain and expand ongoing relationships with new and existing Premier & Private Bank clients.

Below are the Minimum Requirements for consideration:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience

· Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in progressive sales management, extraordinary client service and client/prospect calling experience

· Strong communication skills

Desired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills:

· Previous Premier & Private Banker experience and exceptional Client Services experience.

· Previous Wealth Management / Financial Planning Experience

· Passionate and motivated self-starter

· Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately

· Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Proficient at working with multiple computer and Microsoft Office software applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn various systems.

Skills and Abilities: Below is a general list of desired skills and abilities; this is not an exhaustive list.

• Client service driven; very responsive and understanding to the needs of Premier & Private Banking client issues and concerns.

• Specialized competencies including basics of financial planning, asset/investment types and allocation methodologies, basics of wealth management.

• Strong financial acumen and conceptual understanding of risk management; specialized competencies in delivery of deposit, loan and other banking products and services.

• Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to speak effectively to internal and external clients.

• Strong professional and etiquette behaviors.

• Must be passionate about proactive relationship building of new business from existing clients and referrals. Proven track record of prospecting new relationships, as well as enhancing existing ones, and meeting or exceeding goals.

• Proven sales skills and client management experience.

• Cooperates and works collaboratively toward solutions that generally benefit all involved parties; works cooperatively with others to accomplish company objectives.

• Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence.

• Makes decisions authoritatively and wisely, after adequately contemplating various available courses of action.
