Job description

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

The Director of Account Management is a senior client-facing leader who owns a meaningful book of business, and serves as the critical connector between BOND's members and its operational teams. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, and operational execution — and it matters because our members expect nothing less than seamless, proactive, expert service every time.

We're looking for someone who brings genuine aviation depth, executive presence, and a hands-on leadership style. If you thrive in high-stakes environments, take pride in anticipating client needs before they arise, and know how to deliver exceptional service while staying personally invested in the work — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of UHNW and corporate member relationships, serving as their trusted point of contact and driving trip management, retention, renewal support, and satisfaction.
  • Act as the operational quarterback for your members, coordinating with the OCC, pilots, maintenance, and cabin teams to ensure flawless trip delivery.
  • Manage complex, time-sensitive situations — mechanicals, delays, recoveries — communicating calmly with members while driving resolution internally.
  • Monitor portfolio-level KPIs, identify trends, and take proactive steps to address performance gaps or at-risk member relationships.
  • Partner with the VP of Account Management to refine playbooks, training frameworks, and service standards as the function scales.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in private aviation account management, client services, or aviation sales/brokerage, with meaningful exposure to OCC, scheduling/dispatch, or charter operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with OCC, pilots, duty managers, and maintenance teams in a private aviation environment.
  • Proven track record of owning client relationships with direct responsibility for retention and renewals.
  • Strong aircraft and operational knowledge; aircraft management and/or retail charter/trip management experience strongly preferred.
  • High system proficiency with flight operating systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills; highly composed under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aviation education (e.g., Embry-Riddle) and/or pilot certification is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with BOND's fleet: Challenger 3500, Global 6500, and Global 8000.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or startup-to-scale private aviation environment.

Why BOND

We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen. Joining BOND means stepping into a fast-moving, high-standards environment where your work has a direct impact from day one.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles

If you're ready to help build something exceptional — we'd love to hear from you!

Equal Employment Opportunity

BOND is an equal opportunity employer and values a workplace where every team member is respected and supported. All employment decisions are made without regard to any status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
