Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The position will provide top quality and timely assistance to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction and will be responsible for but not limited to the below listed responsibilities, as well as to assist in handling miscellaneous activities as needed in the day-to-day operation of Hotaling Insurance Servicesโ€™ Private Client Division clients.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviews client exposures, loss experience and current coverage and recommends appropriate products and services. Presents clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advice and counsel on complex risks
  • Provides proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions in a timely manner
  • Manages client accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers
  • Understands, introduces, and leverages the services of Private Client Services Specialty Practices areas, as appropriate, including surplus lines placements
  • Conduct client annual renewal reviews
  • Implements and maintains a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents that are delivered to clients
  • Communicates clientโ€™s risk solution and binding instructions to carriers
  • Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client service
  • Provide a high level of client service on a daily basis
  • Experience with AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati and PURE is required

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a working knowledge of Floridaโ€™s regional insurance carriers
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • High School Diploma required / College Degree preferred
  • 5+ years or more of related experience in Private Client/High Net Worth Client Services
  • Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize workload according to volume, urgency, and deadlines, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality on a wide range of issues
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbal and written
  • Resourceful and proactive
