IT Program Manager III
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
This role is responsible for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and/or system requirements to achieve significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capturing requirements, performing impact analysis, and collaborating with Development Teams to refine requirements into executable specifications. This position requires a deep understanding of the business and technical domain to provide thought leadership based on extensive experience with multiple software implementations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Influence stakeholder strategy and understand their needs to help envision and create solutions.
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Act as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
  • Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain.
  • Ensure changes to applications are compliant with standard policies.
  • For vendor applications, work with the vendor to ensure changes meet requirements.
  • Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
  • Mentor junior Analysts.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile project delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience managing the completion of application-related documentation to meet risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with infrastructure upgrade or replacement projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO20022 Payment Format is a plus.
  • Knowledge of US RTP, SEPA Instant, Fed Now, or relevant real-time payment processing formats is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic awareness of products, services, business flows, and strategy.
  • Basic understanding of financial data and its impact.
  • Ability to facilitate team planning ceremonies against a backlog or prioritized work.
  • General awareness of testing practices.
  • Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices.
  • Understanding of architecture and corporate standards.
  • Knowledge of data management practices and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of experience design principles.
