Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the company's enterprise AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a corporate AI policy that promotes responsible and secure use of AI while protecting company data and confidential information.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to identify high-value opportunities for AI adoption and process improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and capabilities and assess their potential business applications.
  • Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk, and organizational readiness.
  • Develop business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans for proposed AI initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for the organization to leverage AI effectively.
  • Lead and coordinate AI initiatives from initial concept and pilot through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive or inefficient processes using AI and related technologies.
  • Work with departments to redesign workflows and business processes to take advantage of AI capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary to implement AI solutions.
  • Establish success metrics and monitor the effectiveness, adoption, and return on investment of AI initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal resource for AI-related questions, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Work directly with department leaders and employees to understand business challenges and identify appropriate AI solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training, demonstrations, and educational resources to increase employee understanding and adoption of AI tools.
  • Promote practical and responsible use of AI throughout the organization.
  • Help employees identify appropriate use cases for AI while setting realistic expectations regarding its capabilities and limitations.
  • Build relationships across departments to encourage collaboration and adoption of successful AI initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, cybersecurity, legal, HR, and other stakeholders to establish appropriate AI governance practices.
  • Help develop and maintain company policies, standards, and guidelines governing the use of AI.
  • Evaluate potential risks associated with AI solutions, including data privacy, security, accuracy, intellectual property, and regulatory considerations.
  • Help establish guidelines regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive company information used with AI tools.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, and industry standards affecting the organization's use of AI.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure AI solutions meet appropriate security and technology requirements.
  • Monitor the performance and adoption of implemented AI solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve AI tools and processes.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of AI tools, use cases, initiatives, and vendors across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to expand successful AI implementations to additional departments or business functions.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding AI initiatives, progress, opportunities, risks, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data analytics, engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • 3�5+ years of experience in technology, business transformation, process improvement, project/program management, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience identifying and implementing technology solutions to address business challenges.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executives, managers, technical teams, and business users.
  • Experience leading AI, digital transformation, technology transformation, or enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing AI tools or platforms within an organization.
  • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology risk.
  • Experience with workflow automation, business process optimization, or enterprise software implementation.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or comparable enterprise AI solutions.
  • Experience developing AI business cases, calculating ROI, and measuring technology adoption.
  • Experience working in a multi-location or distributed organization.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-based industries preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 25 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs. frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
