What you'll be doing

As the Director, Product Management, GAM Quantitative Investing, you'll lead the product development, management, and delivery of a strategic in-house multi-asset portfolio risk and performance analytics platform. You'll shape the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Quantitative Investing Dashboard, translating sophisticated portfolio construction, risk, attribution, optimization, and scenario analysis needs into clear product increments. In this role, you'll bring together partners across quantitative investing, risk management, portfolio construction, technology, data, and governance to align priorities and deliver a scalable, governed analytics engine. You'll also help modernize the platform by advancing capabilities across Databricks, Azure, data governance, release management, and production controls. Success in this role means combining strong product leadership with deep knowledge of quantitative investing, multi-factor risk models, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence and machine learning to accelerate delivery and continuous improvement.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $111,060 to $152,710.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this roleincludes participation in an annual discretionary incentive orbonus program.

How you'll succeed

• Product strategy and ownership- Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for the Quantitative Investing Dashboard, making thoughtful trade-off decisions that align with business objectives and user needs across Global Asset Management.

• Agile delivery leadership- Lead agile delivery routines including backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, release sequencing, readiness reviews, and post-release feedback to support consistent, high-quality execution.

• Analytics platform development- Translate business and investment needs related to portfolio risk, performance analytics, attribution, optimization, scenario analysis, and constraint-aware decision support into clear, actionable product requirements.

• Cross-functional alignment- Build strong alignment across stakeholder groups including Quantitative Investing, Risk Management, Portfolio Management Construction, Office of the Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Consulting and Strategy, and technology teams to drive shared priorities and transparent decision-making.

• Governance and controls- Embed data quality, reconciliation, documentation, model-risk governance, privacy, and authoritative-source controls into product requirements, release decisions, and governed delivery workflows.

• Platform modernization and innovation- Partner with enterprise technology, data, and platform teams to advance modernization efforts across Databricks, Azure, quality assurance and production controls, while championing responsible artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that improve analytics workflows and product development.

Who You Are

• You can demonstratea minimum of 5+ years in financial services, people management, project/process/procedure delivery experience and people change management practices. It is an asset if you have Lean Six Sigma and experience in ADKAR change management practices/ Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• You are experienced withlarge projects, have a strong background in project delivery leveraging various methodologies (waterfall, Agile/scrum, etc.) and working with vendors and other business partners to implement change.

• You can demonstrate experience inquantitative investing, multi-factor risk models, multi-asset portfolio risk, performance analytics, portfolio construction workflows, and agile product management in a regulated environment. It's an asset if you have experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, APIs, microservices, fixed income analytics, and AI or machine learning-enabled product delivery.

• You have a degree/diplomain finance, mathematics, engineering, computer science, data science, economics, or a related field
