• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused interventions, to facilitate significant improvements in clients' mental health.
• Keep complete and accurate clinical documentation that meets all ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring client privacy and data security.
• Collaborate actively with other clinical staff and specialists to deliver comprehensive, holistic care that meets the diverse requirements of our patient population.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and resources to cope with mental health challenges.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to continually refine therapeutic techniques and interventions.

You will serve a variety of clients who seek assistance for issues ranging from severe trauma to common psychological concerns. Our patients predominantly include individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, depression, and other mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.
