Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness practices to enhance client well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation using our electronic health record system to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client’s health.
  • Educate and counsel clients and their families, empowering them with coping strategies and resources to facilitate their healing journey.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the mental health field to continuously improve the quality of care offered at Arias Counseling Center.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a diverse spectrum of backgrounds, including individuals from various ethnicities, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in assessing and treating clients of varying demographics.
  • Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and collaboration within a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities necessary to address complex client needs.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in using teletherapy platforms and managing remote client interactions effectively.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and its practical application in therapeutic settings.
