Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Print weekly handouts for Celebrate Recovery (CR) & CR for students
  • Order food for CR & CR for students weekly
  • Pickup any food, snacks or materials for CR & CR for students
  • Provide ministry support for CR & CR for students on a rotation for their weekly meetings
  • Organize and maintain those in the serve team member process within the local Prison ministry per TDOC requirements
  • Develop a tracking system to determine real time stages for prospective serve team members in the Prison and Jail ministry
  • Develop and maintain systems for the letter writing for the national Prison Correspondence Ministry
  • Collaborate with the team in planning any Recovery & Incarceration (R & I) event

          -Prison dinners, baptisms, special speakers

          -Jail baptisms, Christmas, guard appreciation

          -CR yearly T.E.A.M. training, celebration dinner, fall party

          -CR for Students after camp hangs, fall kickoff, January launch

  • Develop, organize, and execute a prison tour for 2027-28
  • Provide support for the Recovery Podcast weekly
  • Distribute all ROCK connection requests accordingly
  • Collaborate with Mobilization Team for all serve team needs
  • Order all supplies for CR, CR for students, Prisons and Jails.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Complete any task assigned to you by the R & I Director  
  • Meet one on one with R & I Director weekly
  • Provide ministry support for the R & I Director calendar, team meetings, events 

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Apple computers and Google Docs/Workspace applications
  • Ability to work well in team environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
