We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support residents' daily clinical needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality care, safety, and dignity for our residents while working closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
โ€ข Administer medications and treatments as ordered
โ€ข Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
โ€ข Accurately document care, treatments, and observations
โ€ข Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
โ€ข Supervise and support CNAs/GNAs to ensure quality resident care
