Hiring skilled Journeyman roofers!
Job Summary: As a Roofing Service technician you will be responsible for locating leaks and performing quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. Job duties also include the completion of defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities. Must have knowledge of all roof systems including but not limited to cold applied B.U.R., E.P.D.M., TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, , Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories.

A Day In The Life
  • Complete repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems
  • Respond to emergency roof leaks or roof-related issues in a timely manner
  • Perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (i.e. leak, tear, clog)
  • Determine and follow through with the correct repair process for various roofing systems
  • Professional communication with clients and provide recommendations
  • Use our mobile app to record, document, and report jobs completed
  • On-call availability for emergency repair services as needed

What we are seeking
  • 3+ years' experience with commercial roofing installations and/or repairs (TPO, PMMA, PVC, metal roofs, etc.)
  • *REQUIRED* Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Able to inspect, remove, repair, and install various commercial roofing components- flashings, patches, membranes, etc.
  • Safety minded, team player, with a focus on customer service
  • On-call availability for emergency service calls (additional compensation)
  • Preferred: candidates able to gain access to prisons, schools, and other federal jobsites- contingent upon successfully passing a job-related background check in accordance with applicable laws.
