  • Sales, estimating, and production management of jobs that meet or exceed margin standards.
  • Conduct business and customer relations in a way that is above reproach.
  • Develop and maintain personal long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proactive involvement, offering suggestions for future situations.
  • Reactive involvement, punctual response to the customer’s needs.
