Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all departments. Oversee all stages of the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Lead workforce planning initiatives to anticipate staffing needs and support organizational hiring and training goals.

Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on employee professional development, performance enhancement, compliance, and workplace safety. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to assess training needs and identify opportunities for skill development and succession planning. Ensure all recruitment and training practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies, including developing policies and procedures.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion opportunities for everyone throughout recruitment and training processes.
