Logistics Relationship Coordinator Scheduler

Southern Arizona Seniors Helping Seniors

Tucson, AZ

$18 - $20/hr

Full-time

Job description

Are you a master of the "Human Puzzle"?

At Seniors Helping Seniors®, we don’t just "fill shifts." We build resilient systems of care that allow seniors to live with dignity. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator based in our Tucson office who will manage the human logistics for both our Tucson and Sierra Vista territories.

In this role, you aren’t just a scheduler; you are the Heart of Operations. You are the primary support for our field staff across Southern Arizona, and you know a fundamental truth: Without our caregivers, we don’t have a business.

The Profile We’re Looking For:

• The "Dot-Connector": You have a unique ability to see patterns others miss. You don't just see a "gap" in the schedule; you see which caregiver’s personality and skill set will create a deep, meaningful connection with a specific "Receiver."

• High EQ & Radical Integrity: You build relationships based on trust. When a mistake happens in this fast-paced environment, you have the integrity to be upfront with your caregivers, take ownership, and solve the problem together.

• Rapid-Fire Focus: You thrive in the "Shift & Pivot." You can manage multiple high-priority moving parts across two different geographic territories without losing your cool or your compassion.

• People > Paperwork: While you’ll live in our scheduling software, your focus is always on the people. You are the "Office Command Center" our caregivers rely on for support, clarity, and respect.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Matching: Facilitate deep-level connections by pairing caregivers and Receivers in Tucson and Sierra Vista based on shared history, temperament, and specialized skill needs.

• Dual-Territory Management: Master the logistics of two unique markets, ensuring that our 16-month-old Sierra Vista operation and our growing Tucson operation both run with the "Tucson Standard" of excellence.

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our field staff, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and never alone in the field.

• Growth Partnership: Work directly with the Assistant Manager to implement "Holistic Growth" processes that prioritize sustainable productivity and caregiver well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, high-volume retail management, or healthcare scheduling is a plus, but we value relationship-building skills and integrity above all.

• The "Tucson Heart": A deep commitment to the mission of providing non-medical senior care.

• Agility: Comfortable working in a ground-up, startup environment. A strong willingness to learn and the ability to "connect the dots" in a complex environment.

Why This Position is Different:

We are building a culture that rejects "vanity metrics." We measure our success by the stability of our teams and the satisfaction of our Receivers. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that prioritize the caregiver’s experience, knowing that a happy caregiver provides the best care.
