Graduates of our EMS Training Academies are offered a full-time EMT-B position with Priority Ambulance, a proud part of the Priority Ambulance Family of Companies, with a minimum 24-month full-time employment commitment following licensure.
Academy Details
  • Format: Live, instructor-led classroom sessions & labs, plus clinical rotations
  • Location: Knoxville, TN
  • Schedule: 0800 - 1700, Monday through Friday with a one-hour break for lunch. (40 hours per week)
  • Clinical Rotations: 48Clinical hours on Priority Ambulances
  • Program Length: 10 Weeks
  • Certification Level: EMT - Basic

  • Full engagement-attendance at every class, lab, and rotation
  • Prompt scheduling & completion of licensing exam upon course completion
  • Commitment to a full-time position with Priority Ambulance for at least 2 years after licensure
