Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Prior Authorization Coordinator responsible for managing and streamlining the continuum of vascular access care for patients requiring dialysis. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, nephrologists, surgeons, dialysis facilities, and other care team members. This position is fully on site in Chandler, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
  • High-volume prior authorization experience and patient care coordination.
  • Manage front desk activities, scheduling, and phone calls alongside remote assistants.
  • Verify insurances and respond to inbound calls.
  • Ensure timely scheduling, follow-up, and communication for all stages of vascular access.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare or medical billing office.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
