Job description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litho Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN, 55428. As a Litho Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality printing while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. If you have a passion for printing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

This is a Weekend Shift, running Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses. We have a KBA 105 and 106, 6 and 7 color 40" presses.

  • Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency of printed materials.

  • Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print quality.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.

  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator 3+ years
  • Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
