Flexographic and Digital Label Press Operator
Join a rapidly growing label manufacturer in the North Metro (Coon Rapids, MN) with 10 presses and expanding operations. We’re adding Press Operators to support increased production and new work coming in the door. If you have a strong work ethic, take pride in quality, and enjoy being part of a busy, fast-paced team, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate printing presses to produce high-quality labels per job specifications
  • Monitor press performance to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and consistent quality
  • Read and interpret job tickets and proofs to determine setup and production requirements
  • Perform routine press maintenance to ensure reliable machine performance
  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, rulers, etc.) to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Complete quality checks throughout the run to ensure labels meet specifications
  • Support material handling and warehouse tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience as a press operator or in a related manufacturing role
  • Working knowledge of inks, materials, dies, and general printing processes
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with press and machining equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders, specs, and proofs
  • Skilled with measuring tools and basic math (including calculators)
