Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Plant Manager and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety, quality, and production excellence across multiple functions.
This position plays a key role in shaping manufacturing performance and aligning operations with customer and business goals.
What You'll Do:
• Lead all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, inventory, and logistics
• Develop and execute operational strategies, budgets, and improvement plans
• Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and production performance
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to resolve operational challenges
• Oversee employee engagement, development, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Promote continuous improvement across all operational areas
• Monitor KPIs and drive accountability for performance outcomes
• Support both domestic and international manufacturing operations (as needed)
