- Provide leadership during infrastructure incidents, outages, and service disruptions, coordinating recovery activities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage infrastructure change activities to ensure technology environments remain secure, stable, and resilient while enabling business transformation and modernization objectives.
- Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud operations, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver integrated technology solutions that support enterprise priorities.

- Ensure infrastructure services comply with cybersecurity policies, governance requirements, regulatory obligations, and enterprise risk management standards.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience planning, and operational readiness activities across the technology landscape.
- Drive the adoption of automation, artificial intelligence-enabled operations, and modern infrastructure management practices to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
- Support infrastructure investment planning and manage operating and capital expenditure budgets to optimize cost, value, and service performance.
- Influence infrastructure portfolio priorities, technology refresh initiatives, operational roadmaps, and modernization efforts.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure infrastructure capabilities support evolving organizational needs.
- Balance operational stability, security, innovation, and long-term value creation in a dynamic, global environment.
