Job description

The UPS Store 3620 is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate – Printing Specialist to join our team. This role combines top-tier customer service with hands-on expertise in digital printing, finishing, and document services. You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers bring their print projects to life — from business cards to banners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
  • Consult with customers on printing needs, offering solutions and recommendations
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment (copiers, wide-format printers, laminators, etc.)
  • Prepare print jobs including layout, formatting, cutting, binding, and finishing
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of all printed materials
  • Process transactions using POS system and handle cash/card payments
  • Assist with packing, shipping, and other store services as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
  • Stay up to date on printing trends, products, and store promotions

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in printing, graphic design, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and basic design software - e.g., Adobe Applications (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop...), Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • We expect flexibility to work at least 30 hours a week including Saturdays and Sundays
