Position Summary

a. Serve as the front desk point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries

b. Coordinate visitor access to the building

c. Manage conference room schedules and shared space calendars

d. Maintain office supplies, including stocking printers, copiers, and common areas

e. Perform data entry and maintain accurate, organized records

f. Provide basic administrative support to grants and purchasing teams

g. Assist with equipment inventory, surplus tracking, and space organization

h. Update building directories, signage, and notices

i. Provide general administrative support to faculty, staff, and students

j. Identify and report issues and assist with resolving them

k. Assist Facilities and Shared Resources

l. Submit, monitor, and follow up on iService requests to ensure timely issue resolution

m. Assist with CRLS orders and related documentation

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

a. Previous experience in administrative support, office operations, data entry, or customer service

b. Academic coursework or declared major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Public Administration, Management Information Systems, Health Administration, or a related field

c. Experience maintaining organized records or managing data with attention to accuracy and detail

d. Strong interest in developing professional skills in administration, customer service, and operational support within a compliance-driven environment
