Job description

Join MGC's Operations Team in Columbia, SC as Full-Time Runner/Mail Room Attendant!

MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 31 years of excellence spanning 22 offices across 12 states.

We are seeking to add a Full-Time Runner/Mail Room Attendant in Columbia, SC. Hours are M-F 8:00- 5:00 or 8:30-5:30.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with reproduction duties (print, copy, scan and mail); Pick-Up/Drop-off daily mail at post office, sort and distribute incoming mail; complete periodic courier trips as requested; ensure stock of office supplies; maintain cleanliness of work areas; assist with workspace set up and breakdown; assist with minimal receptionist duties; occasional heavy lifting as needed.

Reliable transportation, use of personal and insured vehicle is required. Mileage for courier trips are reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

The purpose of this position is to assist attorneys and staff with administrative and non-administrative duties in a manner consistent with MG&C policies, procedures, quality, standards, and customer needs and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
