While many locations are franchise-owned, this role supports the daily operations of a local retail center focused on dependable service and customer satisfaction.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Associate role located in Denver, CO. The Retail Associate will assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and other in-center offerings, providing accurate information and friendly, efficient service. Responsibilities include processing transactions at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments, and preparing shipping labels and documentation. The role also involves organizing and stocking supplies, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and monitoring inventory levels. The Retail Associate will follow company policies and procedures, use store systems and equipment, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
