Collaboration is common with prepress teams, quality assurance staff, and sometimes customers, especially when new jobs or custom print specifications are involved. While the work can be fast-paced and deadline-driven, it offers variety and hands-on problem-solving opportunities for those who enjoy technical and production-focused roles.

What skills and qualifications are needed for flexo printing?

To thrive in Flexo Printing, candidates typically need a solid understanding of printing processes, color theory, and experience operating flexographic presses, often supported by a technical diploma or relevant on-the-job training. Familiarity with prepress software, quality control instruments, and maintenance tools is commonly required, as is knowledge of safety regulations in a print production environment. Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are crucial soft skills for managing print quality and meeting tight deadlines.
