Job description

Screen Printer required for a printed apparel and promotional products company. Candidate must have previous screen printing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: -Set up and operate screen printing presses, both automatic and manual -Prepare screens, ink, and other materials for production -Produce detailed and accurate screen prints on apparel, textiles, and promotional products -Ensure all prints meet customer specifications and quality standards -Inspect finished products for defects -Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment -Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards -Assist with inventory and material ordering when needed -Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines -Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members -Work independently and follow instructions accurately Requirements: -Previous screen printing experience is required -5 years of screen printing experience preferred -5 years of apparel production experience preferred -Knowledge of screen printing techniques, materials, and equipment is mandatory -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Able to work in a fast-paced production environment -Comfortable standing for extended periods -Able to lift up to 40 lbs -Good communication and teamwork skills -Reliable commute to Mississauga, ON or willing to relocate before starting Requirements: Strong communication skills and reliable attendance for the Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
