Seasonal Envelope Printer Operator

Full-Time Seasonal | Pelham / Oak Mountain Area

Available Shifts
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ($18 per hour)
Sunday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM ($20 per hour)

PrintsWell, a family-owned personalized stationery company, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented seasonal employees to join our Envelope Printing Team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating production equipment, enjoys hands-on work, and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

· Operate envelope printers and related production equipment.

· Use computer software to process and prepare customer orders for printing.

· Review job specifications and printed envelopes for accuracy and quality.

· Load envelopes, ink, and other supplies; restock materials as needed.

· Monitor equipment during production and troubleshoot minor technical issues.

· Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe.

· Meet daily production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

· Assist with other production duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

· Comfortable working with industrial printers or production equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Dependable attendance and an excellent work ethic.

· Ability to stand for most or all of the shift.

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training.

· Basic computer skills and willingness to learn order-processing software.

· Problem-solving skills to help troubleshoot equipment or production issues.

· Previous printing, manufacturing, or machine-operation experience is preferred, but training may be provided.

Position Details

· Position type: Full-time seasonal.

· Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

· Evening shift: Sunday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM.

· Seasonal employees may be asked to work overtime during peak production periods.

· This is an on-site position at our Pelham, Alabama facility.
