Job description

Description

AdvancedPCB, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, is seeking a reliable, motivated Imaging Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train.


Dry film photoresist is the key component used in the image transfer process. It is widely used in precision etching and electroplating products such as Printed Circuit Boards. The Imaging Technician will perform all aspects of this process.


Essential Job Function:

  • Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs
  • Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
  • Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.


Work schedule is Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of PCB manufacturing experience or similar manufacturing related industry

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Ability to stand 8-12 hours throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting and performing visual and manual tasks.
  • Fine Motor Skills
  • Ability to use microscopes for long periods of time performing job duties.

Compensation/Benefits:

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour USD | DOE


The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
