Part Time Navigator Support Specialist

This position serves as a primary resource for homeschool, private school and College and Career Promise (CCP) students and their families by providing enrollment, onboarding, and student support services. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions and registration processes, maintaining student records, processing required documentation, supporting outreach and engagement efforts, and delivering responsive customer service to promote student access, success, and persistence.

Responsibilities include:

  • File and maintain student registration forms and related documentation.
  • Process Pathway Adjustment/Justification forms by ensuring completeness, verifying attachments, scanning and uploading into Adobe Sign and/or Etrieve, and routing for approval.
  • Maintain inventory of student support and enrollment materials and coordinate print shop orders as needed.
  • Provide individualized support to students and families regarding enrollment, registration, documentation requirements, and college procedures, including assistance for homeschool students with transcripts and registration processes.
  • Assist students with Element 451 applications, institutional account access, and system navigation during onboarding and orientation.
  • Support student advising, registration, and enrollment activities as needed, particularly for homeschool and private school students.
  • Assist with outreach activities, campus events, recruitment efforts, and CCP initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provide administrative, enrollment, and student support services for the Patriot Hub and related student support areas.
  • Support students and families through enrollment, registration, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate student records and process required documentation in accordance with CCP state board procedures.
  • Assist with outreach and engagement activities that support student success and enrollment efforts.
  • Ensure timely communication and responsive customer service to students, families, faculty, staff, and community partners.

In a secondary capacity, this position serves as a front-line resource for prospective and current students, families, and community members by providing welcoming and responsive customer service. Responsibilities include assisting visitors and callers with general information about college programs and services, directing inquiries to appropriate departments, supporting appointment check-in processes, and assisting students with institutional applications. The role also supports daily administrative operations through data entry, filing, distribution of informational materials, and maintaining an organized reception area to ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
