We offer a range of products, from business cards and flyers to large-format banners and custom print projects. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring every job is completed on time and to perfection.

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Front Counter Person to join our team! This is a customer-facing position where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients walking in, calling or emailing for print services. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide information on our printing services and assist with product selection.

  • Process orders, including quoting, invoicing, and processing payments.

  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with print orders.

  • Using automated software tools, follow up on estimates
  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.

  • Answer phones and respond to email inquiries.

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

  • Basic math skills for processing payments and creating quotes.

  • Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
