The Pit Crew Assistant works alongside our Pit Crew and Press Team to help bring our customers’ labels and packaging to life — packaging that stands out on shelves everywhere. Imagine walking through stores and seeing the labels you helped produce on your favorite brands!

What the Work Is Really Like

This is hands-on, physical work. You'll be cleaning ink and press components as part of your daily routine — it's a job where you can see your progress and take pride in a clean, well-maintained press. If you like tangible work, don't mind getting a little dirty, and want to build real manufacturing skills, this is a great fit.

Shift & Schedule

Shift Available: 5:00pm–5:15am, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (36.75 hours/week)

Overtime is paid after 40 hours; typical OT availability is at least one shift per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning, returning, and filing all components from the pressroom
  • Following established standard work and good manufacturing practices to ensure quality
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation following standard work
  • Performing daily maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of tooling and equipment

  • Effective time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse group of people and personalities
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the needs of individuals both inside and outside the organization
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Can perform heavy work, lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Required: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
