Production Specialist (Print Production & Workflow Coordination)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized a Production Specialist to support and oversee print production workflows and operational processes. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of quality, color accuracy, and production consistency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in production coordination, workflow management, and print operations support, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects
  • Assist in creating and managing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
  • Support management of end-to-end production workflows from intake to completion
  • Maintain a strong focus on color accuracy, print quality, and output consistency
  • Coordinate with production teams to assign work and support workflow efficiency
  • Assist in managing packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation
  • Oversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Support sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and production supplies
  • Participate in research and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvements
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization and problem-solving
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related tools
