WHAT YOU'LL TACKLE AS OUR WINDOW DEPARTMENT PRODUCTION MANAGER:

Leadership

  • Maintaining a high-performing culture and ensuring all activities align with our purpose, values, vision, and SOPs
  • Conducting daily check-ins with job supervisors, installation teams, and technicians
  • Assisting the director of windows with hiring, recruiting, filtering, and interviewing candidates
  • Setting clear performance, salary, incentives, and benefits expectations for new hires
  • Coordinating with HR for onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and WAVE/PI testing
  • Attending and leading LLDMT groups and table groups
  • Creating and maintaining department best practices

Team Development

  • Training staff on company expectations, leading weekly team meetings, and inspiring them to complete exceptional work
  • Scheduling 1:1s and weekly production meetings to support team growth
  • Recognizing employee achievements
  • Encouraging collaboration and cooperation throughout the day
  • Overseeing company vehicle usage, maintenance, and driving patterns

Daily Operations

  • Verifying window orders for accuracy
  • Overseeing project builds and coordinating all aspects of the job from beginning to end
  • Ordering materials, maintaining our inventory, and managing staffing levels to support project efficiency and quality
  • Monitoring AJOT for accuracy and revenue opportunities
  • Monitoring pipelines to ensure jobs are moving along and deadlines are met
  • Solving problems and making adjustments to ensure successful project completion
  • Monitoring emergency calls

Sales Support

  • Working directly with sales reps to answer questions and solve problems
  • Maintaining open communication and positive relationships between sales and production teams
  • Training reps on production processes and decision-making
  • Attending required sales meetings
  • Continuously learning sales processes and procedures

BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
