Job description

Role: Print Production and Office Associate

Hours: Weekdays, Part-time (16-24 hr/wk)

Location: Burlington, ON

Salary: $19.00 per hour


Worksite Safety is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized individual to support our fulfillment team. The Print Production and Office Associate is a part-time position based out of our Burlington, ON, head office. You'll be responsible for the print production of certification cards as ordered, collating and stuffing envelopes to prepare for mail drop. This part-time role is 16-24 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday, in-office, work hours are flexible.


As a Print Production and Office Associate you could expect to spend your time:


  • Printing certification cards and envelopes, collating and preparing for mail
  • Maintaining specialty card printers and ensuring smooth operation
  • Organizing card and mailing supplies and keeping area orderly
  • Supporting office and logistics operations as needed


You'll be a perfect fit for this positive, energetic team if you have:

  • Experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving operation
  • Ability to lift weights of up to 10kg regularly and 35kg occasionally
  • Experience completing detailed instructions and tasks with accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast, dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of and experience using Google Drive and Gmail
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Able to legally work in Canada
