Job description

Print Production Worker – 3rd Shift

Minutemen Staffing is hiring print shop workers for a busy custom print shop in Detroit MI. Three-day work week — Friday through Sunday each week. Experienced print production workers, screen printers, and retail or customer service workers are encouraged to apply — we're willing to train reliable candidates.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $14.00 per hour
  • Job type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3rd shift)
  • Location: On-site in Detroit MI

What You'll Do

  • Print custom shirts and apparel using screen printing, heat transfer, and direct-to-garment (DTG) machines
  • Operate wide-format printers and cutters to produce banners, flyers, and signs
  • Inspect finished shirts, signs, and print jobs for quality before delivery or customer pickup
  • Restock blank shirts, paper, and print materials to keep jobs moving
  • Keep the work area, presses, and equipment clean and organized

What We're Looking For

  • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Good communication skills — you'll help customers directly
  • Print shop, screen printing, or retail store experience a plus — willing to train
  • Reliable attendance and attention to detail
