FLEX Warehouse Associate 

Location: This is an onsite opportunity located in Fort Worth, TX office. 

Salary: $17 

Shift: Flexible, Up to 20 hour a week

Insight is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all incoming products are received, picked, packed, and quality checked with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of warehouse and safety procedures, possess some computer experience, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.  

  About the FLEX Role:  

- Work up to 20 hours per week—or less. You decide. 

- Competitive hourly pay 

- No weekly hour commitment 

- Easily view and manage shifts through the Wilya app (desktop + mobile) 

- Choose only the shifts that fit your schedule after training 

As a FLEX Warehouse Associate you will get to: 

  • Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage. 

  • Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels. 

  • Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product. 

  • Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.
