Position Summary: 

We are looking for a full-time Graphics Associate. This entry-level position will assist in the creation of final production ready art files using prescribed specifications and procedures. Create proofs of art for customer approval. Inspect customer supplied art and modify as necessary to meet print specifications. The hours for the entry level Graphics Associate are 8:30am – 5:00pm but are flexible. Pay range is $19-$20 per hour.


Key Responsibilities:

· Quality inspection of production art using established specifications

· Rework/revise artwork as necessary

· Prepare virtual profs for customer approval

· Prepare art for final print production 

· Other graphics and/or office-related tasks, as needed

Requirements:

Recommended Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.

· Minimum of one (1) year experience in digital print and design

· Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw graphic software

· A well-rounded understanding of typography, design, and production techniques.

· An impeccable eye for fine details

· Experience with “Cloud” based ERP System helpful

· Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees

· Must maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in a professional environment
