Role Summary:
Customer Service Representative position answers calls from a centralized remote monitoring location for a parking market and provides a high level of service to all customers, managers and peers by answering questions and ensuring that the equipment is working at all times This position also will assist the Operations and/or Sr. Operations Manager in maintaining established revenue controls and accountability systems.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Responds clearly and efficiently to customer inquiries including but not limited to monthly/daily rate information, directions to locations and assists in the operation of automated pay equipment stations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete, and all revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for the location and reports/escalates any major issues to the Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Depending on location, may be required to possess basic math skills sufficient to calculate time and money in assisting with Cashier-related duties.
• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Internet
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US.

• Must be at least 18 years of age. If working at an off-airport location, you must be 21 years or older based on airport requirements.
• Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, math test and background check.
• Must be willing to work the following schedule: Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
• Must be able to navigate through parking lot(s) and/or garages and must be able to assist customers in a timely manner; In some cases, may be required to travel up and down parking garage ramps in order to assist customers and address garage issues.
• Must possess hearing and vision faculties sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Depending on location needs or requirements, may be required to have a Valid Driver's License and submit to a MVR/Driving Record Check.
