Large Format Print Operator (Entry Level)
Primary Job Duties / Brief Job Description
ARC Document Solutions / RIOT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Large Format Print Operator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the large-format printing industry. The successful candidate will be trained to operate wide-format printers, finishing equipment, and cutting systems while producing high-quality graphics for retail, events, trade shows, construction, and corporate clients.

Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: 4345 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 100 Las Vegas, NV 89103
Pay rate: $18/hour - $22/hour depending upon experience
Responsibilities
  • Operate large-format printers, router and laminator, load and unload print media, including vinyl, banner material, paper, fabric, and rigid substrates laminate, mount, trim, weed, and package finished graphics
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure color accuracy, sizing, and overall print quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Learn proper operation and maintenance of printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing equipment
  • Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines
  • Work safely while following company policies and equipment procedures
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure projects are completed on time
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs when transferring between machines and/or during packaging
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale
  • A can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by researching new materials and learning innovative ways to utilize production equipment in our quest to delight our clients

Required Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
