Job description

Artelo is looking for a dependable and experienced Printing Specialist to join our growing team at our facility in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor Epson and Canon wide-format printers
  • Load and unload paper, canvas, ink, and completed print jobs
  • Manage print queues and jobs through our RIP software and custom workflows
  • Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot printer, software, and print-quality issues
  • Inspect output for color, alignment, damage, and other defects
  • Keep printers, supplies, and the printing area clean and organized


Requirements:

  • You must like art!
  • Experience operating wide format printers
  • Experience with RIP or print-production software
  • Basic printer maintenance and troubleshooting experience
  • Comfortable working with computers and production software
  • Excellent attention to detail and print quality
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes


Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of color management, ICC profiles, or printer calibration
  • Experience in commercial printing, print-on-demand, or manufacturing
