Job description

As the Offline Sr. Creative Development & Scale Manager, you are passionate about the retail experience and expert in user experience (UX) design principles. You create the content strategy for how new products like Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablets and Kindle come to life offline, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric.
Working in a cross-functional team environment, you are looked to as the expert for Amazon offline across the voice assistant and smart home categories

You understand the retail landscape, demo and fixture technologies, and translate creative direction to our technology framework while applying UX design methodologies to optimize customer interactions. You conduct user research, develop customer journey maps, and design experiences that reduce friction and delight shoppers at every stage of their in-store discovery process.
This position will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements for all asset needs across channels and devising efficient strategies for the launch of content at scale for our demo devices, digital screens and detail page experiences. You'll leverage UX best practices-including usability testing, wireframing, and iterative design-to ensure our retail fixtures and demo experiences are accessible, discoverable, and conversion-optimized.
As the Offline Sr

Creative Development & Scale Manager, you are also responsible for overseeing the end-to-end content creation and upload for Amazon's retail store and demo experiences. This role blends project management expertise with a deep understanding of content strategy, creative vision, UX design principles, and our target audience to deliver innovative and impactful content. You design information architecture for retail environments, prototype interactive experiences, and validate design decisions through customer feedback and behavioral data.

Lead the offline content strategy for Amazon devices, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer needs while applying UX design principles to optimize conversion

About the team
The Amazon Offline Device Sales & Marketing (OSM) team expands the distribution and availability of Amazon Devices by initiating and managing partnerships with North America offline retailers. This role sits within the Retail Experience team that support all of our offline experience through retail partners (e.g., Best Buy, Target, Home Depot) both in-store and online and other non-Amazon consumer sales channels

This includes consumer electronics, mass merchant, regional chains, DIY, hardware, club store across multiple market segments outside of Amazon physical stores. This is a highly collaborative role that will work across multiple Amazon device categories to create and execute unique strategies that reach a variety of different customers.
