ONSITE PRINT AND SCAN SUPPORT SPECIALIST

SumnerOne Print Shop | St. Louis, MO | Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Weโ€™re hiring an Onsite Print and Scan Support Specialist to join the Print Shop team at SumnerOne. Youโ€™ll be the engine behind high-volume document scanning and printing operations. In this role, youโ€™ll scan small and large format documents to digital cloud format, maintain our scanning equipment, track production metrics, and ensure every job meets our quality standards before it ships.

This is a production-focused role where accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent output matter. Youโ€™ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with service technicians and management, and take ownership of daily production goals.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

  • Scan small and large format documents to cloud format while ensuring files are tracked and returned to their original status
  • Maintain daily scanning logs and meter readings to ensure accurate production counts and reporting to management
  • Perform quality checks on all scanned documents before processing
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment to ensure optimal performance and report service issues to technicians
  • Use business software applications for documentation, reporting, and daily communication with management
  • Support high-volume printing operations and wide-format printing production as needed
  • Communicate proactively with service team and management about equipment issues, bottlenecks, and production concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer documents and sensitive information

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing
  • Lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations
  • Perform extended periods of standing, repetitive motions, and detail-oriented work
