SUMMARY: The Marketing Associate will play a fundamental role in supporting Bain Dental Group’s marketing initiatives and will work closely with our Marketing Firm. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and highly engaged individual to support our growing dental office. You will be headquartered out of our Villa Rica, GA office.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the company.
  • Plans and coordinates the marketing of current and new products of the dental office.
  • Develop social media content.
  • Develops and coordinates production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, direct mail, and signage.
  • Develops plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet company objectives.
  • Coordinates and manages market research and competitive analysis; utilizes knowledge and prepares reports as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree in Marketing.
  • Two to four years related experience.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
  • Computer skills required: Database Software; Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software.
