What is a print lab manager?

Print Lab Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a print laboratory, which may involve digital, photographic, or traditional print processes. They manage a team of technicians, ensure that printing equipment is maintained, and oversee quality control to produce high-quality prints. Additionally, Print Lab Managers coordinate with clients, manage inventory, and implement safety and workflow protocols. Their role is essential in educational institutions, commercial printing companies, and creative studios.
