Job description


This is a student aide position working at the front desk of a computer lab, assisting students and staff as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist students and staff with logging in, locating software and printing. Work with the Service Desk and IT to report any issues with hardware and software. Resolve questions or problems as they arise, in this customer service role at a front desk.
Qualifications
Must be a registered Harper student with a minimum of 6 credit hours. Ability to work independently and resolve issues and problems as they arise. Customer service experience helpful.
