Position Summary

As an Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping guide projects from concept through completion. You will build relationships, prepare estimates, process orders, coordinate with internal departments, and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts through outstanding service and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional communication.
● Prepare estimates, enter orders, and ensure project specifications are accurate and complete.
● Coordinate with production, design, mailing, and finishing teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
● Communicate timelines, project updates, and potential challenges proactively.
● Follow up on estimates, open opportunities, and existing accounts to generate repeat business.
● Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
● Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity within company systems.
● Learn our products, services, and production processes to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications

Preferred experience includes one or more of the following:

● Print, signage, graphics, promotional products, marketing services, packaging, or related industry
● Inside sales, customer service, project coordination, or account representative
● Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Experience with the following systems is helpful but not required:
