Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in the evolution and visual identity of Intersand’s brands, including OdourLock, Odour Buster, and sWheat Scoop.

You are creative at heart, passionate about both digital design and tangible brand experiences. Whether it’s for an advertising campaign, social media content, product packaging, an in-store display, or a web page, you know how to transform an idea into a powerful, cohesive, and memorable visual experience.

As part of the core marketing team, you’ll help bring our strategies to life by developing creative concepts that capture attention, tell a story, and strengthen the connection between our brands and consumers. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in an environment where creativity, innovation, and new technologies play a key role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, newsletters, and e-commerce platforms
  • Create original visual concepts that support marketing and branding objectives
  • Develop and adapt visuals for online retailers
  • Design print materials such as catalogs, packaging, displays, sales tools, promotional materials, and event marketing materials
  • Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity and brand standards
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to deliver high-impact creative projects
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables, from design through production
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Monitor trends in design, social media, and creative technologies, including artificial intelligence
Qualifications
  • Education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Solid experience in creating digital content and designing for social media
  • Good understanding of print design and production processes
  • Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or other design tools (a plus)
  • Experience with or a good understanding of the retail industry, both in-store and online (a plus)
  • Interest in artificial intelligence tools applied to visual design
  • A keen sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout
  • Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to propose innovative ideas
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills
  • Bilingual in French and English to support our clients outside of Quebec
  • Portfolio demonstrating your talent in digital design, branding, and print production
