Role Summary
F5 Digital is building the enterprise AI muscle that will power the next generation of intelligent, secure, and scalable internal platforms. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to run our Agentic AI program end-to-end.
This role will own the roadmap and prioritization across all of Digitial's Key AI initiatives. The Principal PM will partner deeply with business functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and will be responsible for driving the AI Agent Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy.
The ideal candidate combines visionary product leadership with hands-on AI fluency, understands enterprise platform thinking, and thrives in ambiguity while driving massive, organization-wide outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and execute the end-to-end vision and roadmap for the Agentic AI program.
  • Drive prioritization across all cross functional AI initiatives, ensuring cohesive platform evolution.
  • Define and establish the AI Agent Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy to standardize and scale AI development.

Product Ownership & Execution
  • Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams including engineering, security, architecture, and data.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, reasoning engines) into clearly defined epics and features with measurable outcomes.
  • Balance business impact, technical feasibility, and developer experience at a senior level.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
  • Drive deep stakeholder alignment across all business functions to ensure the Agentic AI program solves high-impact enterprise problems.
  • Act as a central bridge between business leaders and technical teams (Engineering, Architecture, Gemini team).

Governance & Responsible AI
  • Oversee the governance of agentic workflows, ensuring secure, compliant, and cost-effective deployments.
  • Lead AI Innovation Reviews for new, high-stakes AI use cases through the CoE.

Metrics & Business Impact
  • Define and track North Star metrics tied to Agentic AI platform adoption, CoE success, and organizational ROI.
  • Continuously iterate strategic direction based on macro AI trends, usage data, and business feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical SaaS, AI, or platform products.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI concepts including LLMs, agents, RAG, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proven experience defining and running programs end-to-end and driving cross-functional alignment at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and tie product initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or leading an AI/Tech Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Experience working with enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini, OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with secure AI deployment patterns including observability, logging, guardrails, and access controls.

  • Deliver a cohesive, end-to-end Agentic AI roadmap across F5AI, Helix, and the Developer Platform.
  • Successfully establish and scale the AI Agent CoE.
  • Achieve high alignment and satisfaction scores from cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Establish clear governance, monitoring, and execution frameworks for enterprise AI.

The annual base pay for this position is: $195,400.00 - $293,000.00
