Technical Program ManagerJoin Millennium Print Group as a Technical Program Manager!

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you're passionate about manufacturing, engineering, capital projects, automation, and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives that help produce products enjoyed by millions around the world.

What You'll Do
  • Lead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs from concept through operational startup.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, governance processes, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
  • Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities, and production readiness.
  • Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and performance while driving successful project execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing capital projects, engineering programs, automation initiatives, or technical projects.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, governance, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
